Massage Pathology Chronicles

I am taking Dr. Johnson’s class in Massage Therapy Pathology. I actually just wanted to comment on one of the questions on the chapter 3 quiz. I am little confused, the question asks for an elevated lesion not filled with fluid. None of the answers seemed to fit. The answer it gave me only confused me. Does anyone else share my grief? Or possibly have an explanation?
