I love the sciatica!


My son’s hockey coach works construction so his sciatica is always bothering him. When I’m done working on him, he’s pain free! I work all the back muscles first, then the glutes and all around the piriformis to loosen the muscles. I will also trigger point, with my elbow, into the glutes. I make sure he let’s me know on scale from 1 to 10 when I hit a 7, then I hold it for 10 seconds. He loves to hate me because he always feels better and isn’t sore.
