Structural Assessment

People tell you so much by the way that they stand. It is painfully obvious in some people where their issues lie, just depending on their degree of Kyphosis and Lordosis. In my massage therapy experience, I see very few people without a slight exaggeration of on of the two. I have seen the most severe cases in the elderly. I have also noticed, those who are short will often have a slight hump around C7 from constantly looking up. Kyphosis and Lordosis can often be solved with strengthening the antagonist muscles but a short person must always look up to be able to see.
