The client should complete his/her intake form which will provide the therapist with personal and medical information and helps the therapist to determine any contraindications. The therapist will review the intake form and have a short meeting with client. Therapist will discuss reason for client visit, allergies, medication, medical history, etc. At this time the therapist can determine if there are any contraindications.
